We arrive in Eminence Missouri.

From Salem to Eminence, I am told a young man counted 93 twisties down to Eminence. When Mike and I left Salem, I started counting.

Heh.

I counted 170.

What a ride.

Saturday afternoon. July 22. Alley Mill.

After Mike and I arrived in Eminence and took a long cold swim in the river, we got back on the bikes and he took me to Alley Mill. This was my first experience with a natural cold spring. The water is 57*F. Like ice water. Alley Mill is one of over 100 historic structures found within Ozark National Scenic Riverways.

The water is a natural aqua blue color, and tastes fantastic.
